Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat free oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix oat base ingredients, cover the bowl and set overnight.


Step 2

Layer oat base, yoghurt, strawberries, oat base, yoghurt and top with strawberries.
