Matcha Waffles - like cake for breakfast, but with antioxidants

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup almond flour
maple syrup, topping
coconut yoghurt, topping
berries, topping
banana slices, topping
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and almond milk and whisk well.
Step 2
Sift in baking powder and matcha. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Mix in the almond flour.
Step 4
Heat a waffle iron, once heated, add the mixture and allow it to cook until fluffy, this should be roughly 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with maple syrup, coconut yoghurt, berries and banana slices.
