About the Recipe

These mango & passionfruit overnight oats are sunshine in a jar—creamy, refreshing, and packed with fibre, omega-3s and natural sweetness.

Made with wheat free oats, chia, flax, and a dollop of coconut yoghurt for that dreamy texture.

Prep once, wake up to breakfast done.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat free oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ground flax

  • 1 passionfruit pulp, frozen or fresh

  • 3 tbsp diced mango, frozen or fresh

Preparation

Step 1

To a small bowl, add; oats, milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds and ground flax to your jar.


Step 2

Mix until well combined.


Step 3

Layer your chosen jar with the mixture, adding mango and passionfruit pulp.


Step 4

Cover and place in the fridge to set overnight.
