This gluten free bagel is stacked with healthy fats, fibre, and hormone supportive nutrients to help you feel grounded, satisfied, and glowing from the inside out.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 gluten free bagel
hemp seeds
1/2 avocado
1/2 tsp lemon juice
a pinch chilli powder
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
celtic salt
pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the bagel in half and place in the toaster.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add avocado, lemon, chilli, oil and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, fry both eggs.
Step 4
Time to assemble, add the avocado mixture to the bagel, followed by the fried egg, top with hemp seeds. Season with celtic salt and pepper.
