About the Recipe

Made with just 4 ingredients — no refined sugar, no weird thickeners, and no preservatives. Just juicy berries, fibre rich chia seeds, a touch of vanilla + a drizzle of maple.

Naturally sweet, gut friendly, and perfect for spooning over oats, pancakes, or straight from the jar (no judgment).

✨ High in antioxidants

✨ Supports digestion + blood sugar balance

✨ Takes less than 25 minutes start to finish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Add the berries to a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and release their juices.

Step 2

Gently mash with a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 3

Stir in the chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, then remove from the heat.

Step 4

Let the jam sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken as the chia seeds absorb the liquid.

Step 5

Once cooled, transfer to a clean jar. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
