About the Recipe
Crunchy, naturally sweet, and packed with good fats and warming cinnamon — this granola is pure comfort in a bowl (or by the handful).
It’s a nourishing blend of fibre, healthy fats, and feel good flavour. Perfect over coconut yoghurt, smoothie bowls, or just straight from the jar.
Once you try homemade, you won’t want store bought again!

Ingredients
1 cup wheat free oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup cashews, roughly chopped
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC, line a baking tray with a silicone sheet.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add all dried ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Mix in the vanilla essence, maple syrup and coconut oil.
Step 4
Add the mixture to the baking tray. Compress the mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 6
Once removed from the oven, allow the granola to completely cool down before breaking into pieces and storing.
