Ingredients
1 cup wheat free oats
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup chopped dates
85g ghee
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Line a 20x20 tray.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, coconut, dates.
Step 3
In a small pan, heat on a low setting, ghee and honey. Once combined turn off and set aside.
Step 4
Add baking soda and mix into the ghee mixture.
Step 5
Combine the dry with the wet ingredients.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
