Meet your new favourite daily ritual: Pineapple Ginger Gut Shots

‼️Caution: Turmeric loves everything it touches—so handle with care! It can easily stain hands, clothes, and benches. Use a spoon or gloves if needed, and wipe up spills quickly.

Ingredients
6 thumb-sized knobs fresh ginger (about 18–24 cm total)
6 inches fresh turmeric (about 15 cm total)
1 ½ cups fresh pineapple
½ tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Juice the ginger, turmeric, and pineapple.
Step 2
Stir in the black pepper, mix well, and divide into 6 small shot bottles.
Step 3
Store in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. Shake well before each shot!
