Your new favourite nourishing and anti-inflammatory smoothie 💛

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup coconut yoghurt, and some extra
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp protein
1 tsp ground flax
1/4 tsp turmeric
A tiny pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tsp desiccated coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut to a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Spoon the coconut yoghurt onto the back of a spoon, press it against the inside of the glass and gently swirl to create a coating.
Step 4
Pour smoothie into the glass.
Step 5
Lightly sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top.
