About the Recipe
I built this smoothie to taste amazing and do something good for your body — no filler ingredients, no weird aftertaste, and definitely no regret halfway through the glass.
Just real ingredients that blend into the kind of smoothie you’ll want on repeat.

Ingredients
4 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp hemp protein
15 fresh mint leaves
2 medium bananas
1 avocado
2 cup spinach
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp honey
2 cup plant based milk
ice, serving
Preparation
Step 1
Add the milk, spinach, and mint to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients, excluding the ice, and blend again until thick and creamy.
Step 3
Divide between two glasses and add ice to each just before serving.
