About the Recipe
When you’re craving that sweet, sticky, salty honey soy hit… but want it without the additives, seed oils, or bloating?
This one's for you.
Served with crispy sautéed greens and fluffy rice — it’s the kind of fakeaway that actually nourishes.

Ingredients
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp tamari
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
500g chicken breast
1 bok choy
1 bunch broccolini
1 cup basmati rice, cooked
2 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix honey, tamari, apple cider vinegar, 1 chopped garlic clove, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and let marinate for 1 hour (or at least 15 minutes if short on time).
Step 2
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes, until nearly cooked through.
Step 3
In a second pan, heat the remaining 1 tsp sesame oil. Add the second garlic clove and cook for 1 minute. Toss in bok choy and broccolini and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Step 4
Plate up rice, greens, and honey soy chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Enjoy 💕
