This viral carrot salad is more than a crunchy trend.

Ingredients
2 medium carrots
2 tsp apple cider vinegar, with the mother
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
a pinch celtic salt
squeeze of lemon juice
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the carrots into strips using a peeler.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the carrot with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
Step 3
Let it sit for a few minutes to slightly soften and absorb the flavours.
Step 4
Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
