About the Recipe
Your new fave GF, DF, & RSF cookie recipe has arrived!
All you need are a few simple ingredients:
- tahini
- maple syrup
- vanilla paste
- baking soda
- celtic salt
- almond flour
- white sesame seeds
Whip these up and enjoy a treat that loves you back!

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch celtic salt
1 cup + 1 tbsp almond flour
5 tbsp white sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Line a cookie baking tray.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients with the exception of the sesame seeds. Mix well until combined.
Step 3
Place the sesame seeds in a separate small bowl.
Step 4
Shape 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough into a ball. Roll it in the sesame seeds. Place on the lined cookie baking tray.
Step 5
Using the bottom of a drinking glass, gently compress the cookie ball until it’s about 3cm thick.
Step 6
Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Step 7
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. When there is 5 minutes left to go, pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Step 8
Bake cookies for about 8 minutes or until light golden brown on the top.
