About the Recipe

These sweetheart stuffed dates are made with creamy almond butter, dipped in silky chocolate and to finish off these delicious treats, sprinkle with rose petals.

They're indulgent, wholesome, and so easy to make.

Just stuff, dip, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 4 tbsp almond butter, or nut butter of your choice

  • 10 organic medjool dates

  • rose petals for decoration, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.


Step 2

Cut a slit in each of the medjool date and remove the pit.


Step 3

Place some of the almond butter mixture on top of each date, covering the entire date.


Step 4

Dip the nut butter filled medjool date in the chocolate that was created in step 1.


Step 5

On a lined baking tray (works best with a silicone sheet), place the chocolate covered medjool dates and sprinkle with rose petals. Place in the fridge to set.
