Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sweet potato, cooked
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch celtic salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180ºC and line a 9x9 baking pan with a silicone sheet or baking paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
Step 3
Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Step 4
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and a skewer comes out mostly clean (a little fudgeyyy is perfect!).
Step 5
Allow the brownies to cool completely, then place them in the fridge for a few hours — this step is key for that ultra fudgeyyy texture.
