This dreamy Strawberry, Hazelnut & Coconut Bark is pure bliss—made with love and the purest ingredients, perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS - BARK TOPPINGS

  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

INGREDIENTS - CHOCOLATE

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with a silicone sheet.


Step 2

Spread the hazelnuts and shredded coconut on the lined tray and roast for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.


Step 3

While the hazelnuts and coconut are roasting, prepare the strawberries by cutting them into heart shapes. Set aside.


Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth and well combined.


Step 5

Line a separate baking tray with a silicone sheet. Pour the chocolate mixture evenly onto the sheet, spreading it out to your desired thickness.


Step 6

Arrange the heart shaped strawberries on the chocolate. Sprinkle the roasted hazelnuts and coconut over the top.


Step 7

Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.


Step 8

Once set, break the bark into pieces.
