Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp almond butter
1 cup quinoa pops
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, add cacao, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Fold in the puffed quinoa until well combined.
Step 3
Pour mixture into bar moulds.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator to set.
