Remember my Pineapple & Blue Spirulina Nicecream?
Well, here’s the ICE CREAM version! Just freeze it and spin it in your Ninja Creami!

Ingredients
2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tsp blue spirulina powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, add all ingredients and process until you have a thick smooth texture.
Step 2
Add the mixture to a ninja creami tub. Allow it to freeze for 24 hours.
Step 3
Leave the mixture out for 5-10 minutes to allow it to slightly thaw out. Once thawed, please in the ninja creami machine and select, 'lite ice cream'.
