Mango Gummies

About the Recipe

Did you know you can make your own healthy gummies instead of store brought gummies that aren’t good for your gut and health?!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • 2 tbsp gelatin, I use Nutraviva Beef Gelatin which is 100% natural

Preparation

Step 1


Add mango, honey and coconut water to a blender and blend until completely smooth.


Step 2


Pour the mixture into a small pot and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for roughly 5 minutes to bloom.


Step 3


Place the pot over low heat and stir the mixture with a small whisk until the gelatine dissolves and the mixture gets fully liquid and shiny.


Step 4


Remove from heat and use a dropper to pour the mixture into moulds.


Step 5


Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely set.
