These Macadamia Cookies are the ultimate Valentine’s Day treat—made with just 4 pure ingredients: macadamias, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and egg white. That’s it!
Perfectly crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and naturally delicious.

Ingredients
1 cup macadamias
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg, white
Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180ºC. Line baking tray with a silicone sheet.
Step 2
In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process until well combined.
Step 3
Take the mixture out of the food processor. Roll into a ball. Then break apart into 6 balls.
Step 4
Place the balls on the lined silicone sheet.
Step 5
Flatten out each ball into a cookie.
Step 6
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden.
Step 7
Allow the cookies to cool down on the tray. Serve cooled down.
