If you’re as obsessed with lemons as I am, you have to try this incredibly simple and delicious recipe! Trust me, it's a game-changer for your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, frozen

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 3/4 tapioca flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup poppyseeds

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 3 tbsp hemp oil

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

GLAZE:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line loaf pan with a silicone sheet.



Step 2


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.



Step 3


Pour batter into your loaf pan.



Step 4


Bake for 45-50 minutes.



Step 5


In a small bowl mix together the glaze ingredients.



Step 6


Once the loaf has cooled, top with the glaze.
