Who would have thought you can make your own delicious Chocolate Pudding with apples!

Ingredients
2 medium sweet red apples
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Step 2
Peel, core and roughly chop your apples then wrap the apples in aluminium foil and place on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake the for about 30 minutes, until completely baked through.
Step 4
As the apples are cooling down, now it’s time to make the chocolate.
Step 5
Add cocoa powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to a bowl and mix until completely combined.
Step 6
Add apples and chocolate to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 7
Pour the pudding mixture into 2 dessert dishes and chill in the fridge for about 4 hours, or until set.
