About the Recipe

This Fudge is nothing but rich, fudgy, and naturally sweetened with Medjool dates, no refined sugar needed!

Packed with healthy fats from almond butter & coconut oil, plus a chocolatey boost from cacao. The perfect nourishing treat!

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates

  • 5 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut, topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cover dates with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the water.


Step 2

Line a baking tray with a silicone sheet.


Step 3

In a food processor, add dates, almond butter, coconut oil and cacao. Process until a thick paste forms.


Step 4

Spread the mixture evenly on the silicone sheet. Pressing down firmly to compress the mixture.


Step 5

Place in the freezer and allow it to set for about 3 hours, or until fully set.


Step 6

When serving, allow the fudge mixture to soften before cutting up.
