About the Recipe

This creamy, dreamy, gluten free, dairy free indulgence is packed with wholesome ingredients like frozen bananas, coconut cream, and a touch of vanilla bean magic.
Oh, and let's not forget those chocolatey, almond flour cookie dough bites!

Ingredients

BANANA ICE CREAM

  • 6 frozen bananas

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • 3 tbsp condensed coconut milk

  • 1 vanilla bean

COOKIE DOUGH

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp condensed coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a high speed blender, blend all of the ice cream ingredients until combined and smooth.


Step 2

Add mixture to your creami container and freeze for 24 hours.


Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine all cookie dough ingredients until the dough comes together. It shouldn’t be sticky, but it should hold together well.


Step 4

Roll the mixture into balls of cookie dough.


Step 5

Include as a mix in when making the ice cream in the creami machine.
