Completely Gluten, Dairy and Refined Sugar Free & DELIGHTFUL

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS - Coconut Base
3 cups desiccated coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch celtic salt
handful raw almonds
INGREDIENTS - Chocolate
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a food processor; desiccated coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, celtic salt, process no longer than 1 minute.
Step 2
Divide the coconut mixture amongst your mini muffin pan, pressing and packing the mixture down as firmly as you can.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate ingredients; cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Add some chocolate to the top layer, covering the coconut completely.
Step 5
Add an almond on top.
Step 6
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
