About the Recipe
You tell everyone it’s “healthy” (because it is), but let’s be real — you’re here for the fudgyyyy middle and melted choc chunks.

Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
2 medium zucchini, grated
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a square baking pan.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add the chia seeds and milk. Whisk together. Set aside for 5-10 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to soak up the milk and become gelatinous.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add the chia seed mixture, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla.
Step 4
Sift all of the powders into the large bowl with the wet mixture. Fold together until well combined.
Step 5
Add the grated zucchini, salt, walnuts and chocolate chips to the bowl. Fold together well.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the slice to cool down before slicing.
Enjoy 💕
