These Chocolate Tahini Muffins are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free!
Perfect for a guilt free treat!

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup almond milk
2/3 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180ºC. Line muffin pan with silicone muffin liners.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, apple cider vinegar and almond milk. Whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Add in the tapioca flour, cacao powder, baking soda and celtic salt. Continue to whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Step 5
Add the muffin batter to each lined muffin pan.
Step 6
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool down for 10 minutes before enjoying.
