These Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bliss Balls are the perfect bite sized treat. Naturally sweet, packed with goodness, and coated in a rich chocolate shell.

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS - BLISS BALL
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
INGREDIENTS - CHOCOLATE
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Line a tray with a silicone sheet.
Step 2
In a food processor, add all bliss ball ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Roll into the same size balls and place on the silicone sheet.
Step 4
Whisk the cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Step 5
Dip each bliss ball into the chocolate and place on the silicone sheet.
Step 6
Place in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until the chocolate has set.
