About the Recipe

This choc PB ice cream is the ultimate treat for a hot summer’s day or the perfect surprise for the peanut butter lover in your life.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 splash almond milk

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 cup almond milk, peanut butter, cacao powder, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup to a blender.


Step 2

Blend until smooth.


Step 3

Add to ninja creami container. Freeze for 24 hours.


Step 4

Place in your ninja creami and select ‘lite ice cream’.


Step 5

Add a splash of almond milk and re-spin until you reach your level of creaminess.


Step 6

Add dark chocolate chips and select the setting  ‘mix in’.
