Chickpea Cookies

If you need guilt free cookies, then look no further!

These Chickpea Cookies are a must for everyone 🤎

Ingredients

  • 420g can organic chickpeas, drained

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (minimum 80% cocoa)

Preparation

Step 1


Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Line cookie tray with a silicone sheet.



Step 2


Add all ingredients (with the exception of the chocolate chips) to a food processor.



Step 3


Once the mixture has been combined, add the chocolate chips and stir through.



Step 4


Scoop the dough into a ball, place on the cookie tray and press down with a fork. Note: the mixture is sticky so be sure to wet our hands before handling the mixture.



Step 5


Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
