About the Recipe
Remember those neon fruit roll ups? 👀
Yeah, this is the glow up version. Just berries, honey + lemon — that’s it. No funky ingredients, just pure fruity goodness 🍓🍯🍋
Tips & Notes
✨ Low & slow for nutrients – Dehydrating at a lower temperature (around 50ºC) helps lock in more nutrients and keeps those gorgeous colours vibrant.
✨ Storage – Once cooled, store your roll ups in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They’re also perfect for lunchboxes or on-the-go snacks — they’ll stay fresh at room temp all day.
✨ Fresh or frozen? – Both work! Fresh berries give a beautiful flavour, but frozen are often more budget friendly and an easy way to use up what’s already in your freezer.
How to know they’re ready??
Your roll ups should feel a little tacky to the touch, but not wet. Gently peel one off the sheet — if it lifts in one piece without tearing, you’ve nailed it.

Ingredients
3 cups mixed berries, frozen, thawed out
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a pan lined with a silicone sheet, spread out until it’s as thin as possible without any gaps.
Step 3
Dehydrate in a dehydrator at 50ºC for 4- 6 hours (this depends on the thickness).
Step 4
Allow to cool, then use clean scissors to trim off edges and cut into 1 inch wide strips.
Step 5
Roll each strip into a roll up.
Enjoy 💕
