Whipped up these dreamy Banana, Avocado & Cacao Cupcakes that are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Grease your chosen cupcake / muffin pan.


Step 2

In a blender, add all ingredients with the exception of the dark chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.


Step 3

Pour into your prepared vessel and top with dark chocolate chips.


Step 4

Bake for about 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
