Perfect for dipping, stacking, or eating straight off the tray (guilty).

Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis
3/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp dried marjoram or oregano
1/8 tsp celtic salt
2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with a silicone sheet.
Step 2
Slice zucchini into fries.
Step 3
Mix almond meal, yeast, herbs, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
Step 4
Dip zucchini in beaten egg, then coat in crumb mix.
Step 5
Place on tray and bake 30 mins until golden, flipping halfway.
