Perfect for Valentine’s Day, or any day you need a little extra chocolate bliss!

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS - BLISS BALL
400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup medjool dates
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
INGREDIENTS - CHOCOLATE
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the bliss ball ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
Step 2
Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls and arrange them on a plate.
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil until fully combined.
Step 4
Pick your favourite method: either drizzle the chocolate over each bliss ball and return them to the plate, or dip the balls directly into the chocolate, then place them on a tray lined with a silicone sheet.
Step 5
Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours, or until the chocolate has fully set.
