About the Recipe
These rice cakes are the ultimate crunchy, creamy, satisfying snack.
Topped with peanut butter (always generously), a sprinkle of cinnamon, and maybe a few choc chips or banana slices if we’re feeling fancy.
Simple, delicious, and ready in under a minute.

Ingredients
3 thin rice cakes, gluten free
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Spread a layer of peanut butter over each rice cake.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together chocolate ingredients.
Step 3
Cover the peanut butter layer with the chocolate. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
Step 4
Place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
