This garlic herb cashew dip is the kind of thing you whip up once… and suddenly you’re putting it on E V E R Y T H I N G!
Think: veggie bowls, roasted potatoes, nourish plates, even spoonfuls straight from the jar. No judgement.
Note: Cashews should be soaked overnight or for at least 4 hours in advance. For a quicker option, soak in boiling water for 15–20 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pre-soaked overnight raw cashews
juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp parsley
3 tbsp filtered water
pinch celtic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
