These Za’atar roasted chickpeas are what snack dreams are made of.
Tossed in olive oil + Middle Eastern spices, then crisped to perfection in the air fryer. Just pure, crunchy goodness.
Fair warning: once you start snacking… it’s hard to stop.

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp za’atar spice mix
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with a clean tea towel or paper towel (the drier they are, the crispier they’ll get).
Step 2
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, za’atar, garlic powder, and celtic salt until evenly coated.
Step 3
Air fry chickpeas for 18 minutes on 180ºC, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Let them cool for 10 minutes — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
