About the Recipe
You’ve been warned—the heat level in these chickpeas is no joke.
Snack them solo, toss on salads, or bring to your next picnic… just don’t say I didn’t warn you

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with a clean tea towel or paper towel — the drier they are, the crispier they’ll get.
Step 2
In a bowl, add all ingredients and toss chickpeas until evenly coated.
Step 3
Air fry chickpeas for 18 minutes on 180ºC, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Let them cool for 10 minutes — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
