Citrus Immunity Gummies

About the Recipe

These citrus immunity gummies are loaded with vitamin C, gut loving ACV, and a zesty kick to keep your defences strong — no store bought sugar bombs here.

Whisk, bloom, set, and chill. Easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp grass fed gelatin powder (I use ‘Nutraviva Nesproteins Beef Gelatin’)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan (off the heat), whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener until well combined.


Step 2

Evenly sprinkle the gelatin over the surface and let it bloom for 5 minutes.


Step 3

Once bloomed, place the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.


Step 4

Pour the mixture into silicone moulds or a lined glass dish.


Step 5

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.


Step 6

Remove from the moulds, or cut into squares if using a dish.


Step 7

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
