This 5 ingredient snack is a quick fix game changer—packed with fibre, healthy fats, and a hit of natural sweetness.

Perfect for a mid arvo pick me up or post dinner treat that’s nourishing and satisfying.

✧ Crunchy, creamy, chocolatey bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • a small handful of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

  • 2 tsp dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Then cut each half in half again to create 4 long quarters.


Step 2

Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.


Step 3

Sprinkle chopped or whole peanuts over the peanut butter layer for crunch.


Step 4

Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. Melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts.


Step 5

Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the balance slices.
