Ingredients
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
a small handful of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
2 tsp dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Then cut each half in half again to create 4 long quarters.
Step 2
Spread a layer of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
Step 3
Sprinkle chopped or whole peanuts over the peanut butter layer for crunch.
Step 4
Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. Melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts.
Step 5
Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the balance slices.
