- Garlic powder & smoked paprika: adding a flavourful kick

Ingredients
2/3 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp celtic salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp warm water
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3
Make a well in the middle of the mixture. Add the olive oil and water. Using your hands, mix until a dough forms.
Step 4
Place the formed mixture onto a silicone sheet. Roll out using a rolling pin until it’s 3mm thick.
Step 5
Transfer the sheet to the baking tray.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour, or until golden.
Step 7
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before breaking up.
