Looking for a quick and delicious way to boost your intake of good fats and nutrients? These 5 seed crackers have you covered!

Packed with wholesome ingredients like:

- Sunflower seeds: rich in vitamin E and healthy fats

- Pumpkin seeds: a great source of magnesium and zinc

- Chia, flaxseeds & sesame seeds: loaded with omega-3s, fibre, and calcium

- Garlic powder & smoked paprika: adding a flavourful kick

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chickpea flour

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp celtic salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 tbsp warm water

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.


Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix well.


Step 3

Make a well in the middle of the mixture. Add the olive oil and water. Using your hands, mix until a dough forms.


Step 4

Place the formed mixture onto a silicone sheet. Roll out using a rolling pin until it’s 3mm thick.


Step 5

Transfer the sheet to the baking tray.


Step 6

Bake for 1 hour, or until golden.


Step 7

Allow to cool for 20 minutes before breaking up.
